3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one free account. Multiple free accounts created by the same person may be terminated without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding fees paid in the past 12 months
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
10.2 Effect of Termination
- Access to the Service ceases immediately
- Data is retained for 30 days for recovery
- No refunds for unused services
- Outstanding fees remain due
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
