We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all lifetime deal purchases. If you're not satisfied with StartApps for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Lifetime Deal Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased a lifetime deal directly from us
- You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
- You have not previously received a refund for a StartApps lifetime deal
- Your account has not been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Lifetime Deal Refund
- Contact Support: Email us at support@startapps.in with your refund request
- Provide Details: Include your account email, purchase date, order number, and reason for the refund
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Receive Refund: If approved, refunds are processed via PayPal within 30 business days

- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Monthly Subscriptions
No Refunds on Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual subscription payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.
Subscription Cancellation
You have full control over your subscription:
- Cancel Anytime: No questions asked, no cancellation fees
- Keep Access: You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- No Future Charges: Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
- Reactivate Anytime: You can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your StartApps account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but we do not prorate or refund any unused portion of your current subscription period.
14-Day Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features:
- No Credit Card Required: Start your trial without any payment information
- Full Feature Access: Test all features before committing to a paid plan
- No Automatic Charges: You'll only be charged if you choose to upgrade after the trial
- Cancel Anytime: No obligations during or after the trial period
We strongly encourage you to use the free trial period to evaluate StartApps before making any purchase decision.
What's Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Expired Refund Period: Lifetime deal refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Subscription Payments: Any monthly or annual subscription fees (past, current, or future)
- Partial Periods: Unused portions of subscription billing periods
- Add-On Services: Additional services or third-party integrations purchased separately
- Policy Violations: Accounts terminated for abuse, spam, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Previous Refunds: Users who have already received a refund for StartApps in the past
- Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us directly
Data Export Before Refund
Important: Before requesting a refund, we strongly recommend exporting your data:
- Export your contacts and deals (CSV format available in the app)
- Save any email templates or automation workflows you created
- Download important reports, documents, or property listings
- Backup any custom fields or pipeline configurations
Once a refund is processed and your account is cancelled, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems preventing you from using the service:
- Contact support immediately at support@startapps.in
- We'll work to resolve the issue promptly (usually within 24-48 hours)
- If we cannot resolve critical issues within 5 business days, you may qualify for a refund regardless of purchase type
- Please allow us the opportunity to fix technical issues before requesting a refund
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide your transaction details and explanation of the error
- We'll investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly
- Verified errors will be refunded regardless of our standard refund policy
Refund Method
All refunds for lifetime deals are processed through PayPal:
- PayPal Refunds: Funds are returned to your PayPal account
- Processing Time: Up to 30 business days after approval
- Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- PayPal Account: Refunds can only be issued to the PayPal account used for the original purchase
Note: If your original PayPal account is no longer accessible, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. Additional verification may be required.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Contact Us First: Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team
- Chargebacks Void Refund Rights: Filing a chargeback may void your eligibility for a standard refund
- Account Suspension: Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension during investigation
- Documentation: We provide all transaction records to payment processors for dispute resolution
