1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through StartApps (operated by Entesta Web Solutions Pvt Ltd). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. One-Time Setup Fee ($499)

The one-time setup fee of $499 USD covers the following deliverables:

  • Custom chatbot design and conversation flow configuration
  • Brand-voice calibration tailored to your services and FAQs
  • Lead capture and calendar booking integration
  • Website widget installation on your platform (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or custom)
  • Initial testing and quality assurance

Because this fee covers significant upfront manual labor, the setup fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. Onboarding is considered to have begun once you submit your business details through the checkout form.

Pre-Onboarding Cancellations

If you wish to cancel before we begin any configuration work (typically within the first 24 hours of purchase), please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund of the setup fee if no work has been started.

3. Monthly Maintenance Subscription ($49/mo)

Your recurring monthly subscription of $49 USD/month covers:

  • 24/7 chatbot hosting and uptime monitoring
  • Ongoing conversation flow updates and optimization
  • Technical support via email
  • Access to the lead dashboard and analytics

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your chatbot will continue to function until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
  • Your lead data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

4. Exceptions & Service Failure

We are committed to delivering a functioning chatbot within 14 business days of receiving your business details. If we are completely unable to deliver a working chatbot that meets the specifications outlined during onboarding, you may be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To qualify for a service-failure refund, you must:

  • Have provided all requested business information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Have responded to our onboarding communications
  • Have notified us of the issue within 7 days of the delivery deadline

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and chatbot services. We will work with you to resolve any billing concerns promptly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at support@startapps.in with the following details:

  • Your full name and account email address
  • Business name associated with the account
  • Reason for requesting the refund
  • Date of purchase

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
